About five to eight minutes. After that FOUND LOVE occasionally asks a single question – only when an answer makes your suggestions noticeably more accurate.

By rules you can follow: life goals, closeness and space, communication, how you handle conflict, everyday life, values and your own wishes. Fundamental differences – such as wanting children – are not averaged away but excluded. Every suggestion shows why you could match and where there may be friction.

No. There is no beauty score and no facial analysis – neither visible nor in the background. Photos are only processed technically and checked automatically for sexually explicit content – on our own servers, without facial analysis. Our team looks at unclear cases.

No. Free is for getting to know FOUND LOVE: profile, verification, suggestions with reasons and questions. You can send and receive messages with Premium or Premium+ – a conversation opens once you both show interest and both use one of these plans. Premium will be offered as soon as prices and contract terms have been legally reviewed.

Because we believe a few people who really fit are worth more than endless swiping. Too many options at once tend to make a conscious decision harder rather than easier – so we deliberately limit the selection, on every plan. If nobody fits well enough right now, we tell you honestly instead of showing weak suggestions.

No. FOUND LOVE shows no ads, sells no data and uses no tracking cookies.

For every adult aged 18 and over – whoever you love. Women, men, non-binary people, people with another gender identity and everyone who would rather not state their gender. We only suggest people who are looking for each other.

FOUND LOVE launches in a few weeks. We’ll announce the exact date in good time – everyone on the launch list hears it first by email.

Nothing. Joining is free and without obligation: you only enter your email address and confirm it with one click. It creates no contract and no subscription.

Join the list before launch and confirm your email address. When you sign up with the same address after launch, Premium is active for 30 days automatically – nothing else to do. The bonus applies once per account.

The bonus simply ends. There’s no automatic renewal and no payment – you continue on Free, or choose a membership yourself if you want one.

Yes, at any time. Every launch-list email contains a link to leave. Your address is then deleted and the bonus no longer applies.

Yes. FOUND LOVE is for every adult – women, men, non-binary people, people with another gender identity and everyone who would rather not state their gender. Every combination is possible: we suggest people who are looking for each other and fit well together.

Not your orientation – that is completely optional and is not used for suggestions. For gender identity you can choose “Prefer not to say”. We then suggest you to people who are open to everyone.

Only what you share. Gender identity and orientation are hidden from everyone by default; pronouns are shown if you give them. Other members never see who you are looking for. You can change this at any time under “Your answers”.

First, the search has to fit both ways: you are looking for the person and they are looking for you. Age and distance come next. Then the compatibility engine checks – with the same rules for every combination. Fundamental differences you have marked as non-negotiable always rule out a suggestion.

Yes. Choose “I’ll describe myself” and write up to 40 characters in your own words. You can also give your pronouns freely, for example she/her, he/him, they/them or none.

No, never. We do not infer gender or orientation from photos, faces, messages or your behaviour. There is no AI meant to detect anything like that. Only what you state yourself counts.

Outing someone, demeaning them because of gender identity or orientation, and deliberately ignoring their pronouns all break our community guidelines. Report the profile or conversation – someone from our moderation team reviews the case. The reported person does not learn who reported them.

Instead of percentages, FOUND LOVE shows a level in words: very high, high, good, partial or low. If there isn’t enough data, it says “Not enough data yet for a reliable assessment”. Only people above a set threshold are suggested.

For children, marriage and type of relationship you can mark an answer as non-negotiable. If there is a fundamental contradiction, there is no suggestion. You can also rule out that the person at your side already has children or smokes.

Yes, at any time. Your latest answer replaces the earlier one, and your suggestions are recalculated on that basis.

No. Matching is rule-based, versioned and explainable. No language model and no image analysis decides about suggestions. Every explanation comes from a concrete finding of the rules.

No. Some differences can complement each other – for example when one person likes to plan and the other is spontaneous, and both handle differences constructively. Others are points of friction worth talking about early.

The suggestion disappears for you. The other person is not told.

The playful part of FOUND LOVE: personal cards to discover, the feelings and closeness compasses, and short games for two such as “Guess me”, “This or that” and “Between Us”. Everything is optional and you can skip any card. Discovery cards, compasses and “Between Us” are on every plan – Free as well; “Guess me” and “This or that” from Premium. It only works with prepared questions and answers; writing your own messages still requires Premium.

An optional setting that is off by default: normally your photo is visible right away. If you like, you can show your photo only after discovery – then others only see it after they have turned over up to five of your personal cards and choose to look at it. If you haven’t answered any cards, that conscious step is enough. You’ll find the setting on your profile and can switch it on or off at any time. The automatic photo check is not affected.

Only the person you are playing with – and only once you have both answered the same card. Before that, they only see that you answered, not what. Games are only available once interest is mutual. Points exist only in “Guess me”, for right guesses – no personality types, and game answers never feed into your matching. If you end a connection, your shared games are deleted; your answers are included in your data copy.

Not psychologically and not for matching. Found Love Companion impulses come from a fixed, editorial collection and never from your messages; you can switch them off in your settings. Separately, automatic safety hints recognise known scam patterns – such as requests for money or a quick move to another messenger. They don’t judge you or how you are getting to know each other.

No. These are small prompts for conscious, honest conversations – no diagnosis, no personality types and no substitute for therapy or counselling.

Not yet. The integration is technically prepared but will only be switched on after accreditation as a service provider. An alternative service for ID document and selfie checks is also in preparation.

A number can only belong to one account. That makes duplicate accounts and bots much harder. We only store the number as an encrypted check value, not in plain text.

No. Others only see badges such as “Identity verified”. We ourselves store neither ID images nor ID numbers.

18 or older. Anyone younger cannot sign up. Your age is confirmed during identity verification.

Only people where interest is mutual, who have verified their identity and who – like you – use Premium or Premium+. There are no messages on the Free plan, not even when interest is mutual.

A rule-based scanner automatically checks messages for typical scam patterns such as requests for money or crypto offers, so it can give you hints. Members of the moderation team only see content when a conversation has been reported and they are reviewing the case.

You learn which measure was taken and why. Automated restrictions are provisional – a person always makes the final decision. You can appeal every decision.

No. The reported person does not learn who made the report.

Only two strictly necessary ones: the login cookie while you are signed in, and a cookie for your language choice. No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies – which is also why there is no cookie banner.

Your gender identity and who you would like to meet can reveal your sexual orientation. That is specially protected data. So we explicitly ask for your consent. If you withdraw it, your profile is hidden immediately.

No. There are no questions about religion, health, sex life, politics or ethnic origin. The only optional information of this kind is your sexual orientation – and only if you choose to give it.

Yes. In your account you can request a copy of your data, change consents and delete your account.

That has not been set yet. Premium and Premium+ will only be offered once contract terms and prices have been reviewed against Austrian rules for matchmaking agencies. Currently only Free is available.

There are no paid subscriptions at the moment. Before there are, term, renewal and cancellation will be legally reviewed and shown clearly before purchase.

No. Premium shows you more suggestions and more detailed explanations, and unlocks messages and the Academy basics. Who suits you is determined by the same rules as on the Free plan.

Free shows a preview, Premium includes the basics (First connection, Good conversations, Dating basics) and selected lessons on dating and relationships, Premium+ the complete Academy with all conversation, dating and relationship skills.
