Community guidelines

How we treat each other here.

FOUND LOVE only works if everyone feels safe and respected. FOUND LOVE is for every adult, whoever they love. These rules apply to profiles, photos and messages – equally for everyone.

Status: draft October 2026 · part of the terms (pending legal review)

What we expect.

Respect how others describe themselves

FOUND LOVE is for every adult – whoever they love. Use the pronouns and name a person gives. Unasked questions about someone’s gender, body or past have no place here, and nobody has to justify themselves.

What is not allowed here.

False identity
Fake profiles, other people’s photos, pretending to be someone else or multiple accounts.
Requests for money and scams
Asking for money, vouchers or gift cards, investment or crypto offers, prize draws.
Harassment
Insults, threats, pressure, writing again after a no, stalking, deliberately misgendering someone.
Sexual content without consent
Unsolicited nude images or sexual messages. Explicit content has no place in profiles.
Hate and discrimination
Zero tolerance for demeaning people because of gender identity, sexual orientation, origin, skin colour, religion, disability, body or age – not even as a “joke”.
Outing
Nobody may share, hint at or threaten to reveal another person’s gender identity, orientation or other private information without their consent – here or anywhere else.
Advertising and spam
Promoting products, services, other platforms or social media channels. Mass or chain messages.
Minors
FOUND LOVE is strictly 18+. Any indication of a minor is reviewed immediately.
Illegal content
Anything prohibited under Austrian or EU law.

What happens when rules are broken.

Our measures are proportionate. Automated steps are always provisional; someone from our team decides about bans.

  1. Reminder

For minor breaches, a reminder of these rules.

  2. Restriction

For example fewer messages per day or repeated verification.

  3. Provisional freeze

For serious indications, until someone from our team has reviewed the case.

  4. Ban

For serious or repeated breaches – after personal review by our team.

For every measure you learn what was decided and why, and you can appeal. Another person will then review the case again.
