Premium and Premium+ will only be offered once contract terms and prices have been reviewed against Austrian rules for matchmaking agencies. No plan makes you more visible to others or changes who is considered a match – there is no paid visibility at FOUND LOVE. Reporting, blocking and your data rights are part of every plan.
What differs
Plans determine how many suggestions you get per day, how detailed the explanations are, whether you can send messages and how much of the Academy you can use. In the Connection Lab, “Between Us” is on every plan, “Guess me” and “This or that” from Premium. With Premium+ you can also set your own priorities for the order of your suggestions – this never changes who matches you.

Why no prices yet?
FOUND LOVE is a matchmaking agency. In Austria, specific professional rules apply (BGBl. No. 434/1987) as well as consumer protection law – for example on contract form, term, minimum number of suggestions, a fixed total price, renewal and withdrawal. We will only set prices once the contract model has been reviewed by a lawyer.
Paid plans come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. For contracts concluded online you will additionally get a dedicated withdrawal function right in your account – with the buttons “Withdraw from contract” and “Confirm withdrawal” and a confirmation by email.
